Erasermitt, Inc. warrants that all goods supplied are of normal commercial quality and to the agreed specifications. In the unlikely case of breach of such warranty, Erasermitt, Inc. liability will be limited to:
Replace any defective goods (transportation cost on customer’s account or; 2) repossess any such goods and refund the appropriate portion of the purchase price provided that the performance of any of the above shall be a complete discharge of Erasermitt, Inc. liability under this warranty.
Delivery Date: unless otherwise specified, we shall start delivering the completed goods within 7-14 days for small orders, 30-60 days for larger orders, from the date of the sample approval or from the date of receiving the purchase order number, whichever is later.
